Our mission is to provide high-quality introductions, personalized coaching, and actionable strategies to help clients achieve their relationship goals. By engaging with Elevate Match, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By choosing to become a client of Elevate Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference into this Agreement). We reserve the right to amend this Agreement as necessary due to changes in applicable laws, business practices, or services offered. In the event of material changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will notify you using reasonable means (e.g., email). Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements and governs the entire relationship between Elevate Match and its clients, including all prior interactions and conduct leading up to its acceptance.

Eligibility

To become a client of Elevate Match and use our services, you must:
  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Be single (or legally separated from your spouse).
  3. Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the onboarding process.
  4. Be genuinely seeking a sincere relationship.
By meeting these eligibility criteria, you ensure a genuine and effective matchmaking experience tailored to your needs.

Client Commitments

As a client of Elevate Match, you agree to:
  • Respond promptly to communications (within 7 days).
  • Notify Elevate Match of any changes to your relationship, financial, or professional status.
  • Provide constructive feedback about your matchmaking or coaching experiences.
  • Refrain from behaviors outlined in the Prohibited Conduct section below.
By adhering to these guidelines, you help ensure a respectful, effective, and successful matchmaking experience.

Prohibited Conduct

Clients of Elevate Match agree to maintain confidentiality, honesty, and professionalism. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
  • Disparaging Elevate Match or its clients publicly or privately.
  • Sharing confidential information about other clients or Elevate Match’s processes.
  • Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward clients or staff.
  • Using Elevate Match’s services for commercial purposes (e.g., promoting products).
  • Providing false or misleading information during onboarding or in communications.
Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund, at Elevate Match’s sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Elevate Match is committed to providing personalized services that require substantial upfront investments, including onboarding, research, and access to a curated network.
  1. Non-Refundable Clause: All fees are non-refundable. Payments are for services rendered, including consultations, matchmaking efforts, and coaching, rather than specific outcomes.
  2. No Guarantee Clause: While Elevate Match guarantees its best effort and professional expertise, no specific outcomes (e.g., successful matches or relationships) can be guaranteed. Clients are paying for the process, not results.
This policy is consistent with industry standards and ensures resources are focused on delivering the best possible service.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Elevate Match respects your privacy and employs high standards to protect your personal information. Clients agree to:
  • Maintain confidentiality about any information shared during the matchmaking process, including other clients’ personal details.
  • Use reasonable precautions when meeting or communicating with matches introduced by Elevate Match.
Elevate Match reserves the right to terminate services for any client found violating confidentiality or using services for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Elevate Match relies on the integrity of the information provided by clients. While we strive to ensure the quality of matches and coaching provided:
  • We do not conduct criminal or background checks. Clients are encouraged to exercise caution when interacting with matches.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, behaviors, or outcomes of introductions.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Elevate Match harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services.

General

  • Intellectual Property: All materials, content, and tools provided by Elevate Match are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. They may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by the laws of California and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of California courts.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the client and Elevate Match, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
